St. John's Resource Center

St. John's Resource Center is the newest outreach ministry of St. John's Community Episcopal Church and Center For Inner Peace!

The Resource Center is located at 209 Pearl Street in downtown New London.

The vision of the Center, which opened in November 2003, is to help meet the needs of the local community, to make food available for needy families, and to offer a source for spiritual food. The Resource Center currently offers:

• Food Pantry - open Mondays from 12:00 pm - 2:30 pm and Thursdays 11:30 - 1:30 pm.

• Latino Ministries - Wednesdays 10:00am - 2:00pm
  Someone is there to offer special assistance to the Spanish speaking population. Call Sara Franklin at 715-340-5774 for more information.

• AA groups - Thursdays and Saturdays at 10:00 am

The Resource Center is funded by proceeds from St. John's Community Thrift Store, but will gladly accept donations from individuals or other organizations.
